  • Contacting new and existing customers via sip/CRM and prepare, update and forward the report to supervisor.
  • Providing product and service information to engage potential customers.
  • Closing sales and maintaining sales-related records.
  • Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
