Responsibilities and Context:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls. Handle and provide services to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Provide general information to the clients.
  • Save client data.
  • Sell our services to individual clients.
  • Consistently achieve sales and performance targets set by the company.
  • Main role of this job will be communicating with clients, convincing them and selling our services.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Public Relation Companies, Call Center
