Responsibilities & Context:

  • Handle customer queries via Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp
  • Manage order confirmation & follow-up
  • Process orders through Shopify dashboard
  • Coordinate with delivery team
  • Maintain proper customer support & after-sales service
  • Assist in daily operational tasks

Educational Requirements:  

  • A Level
  • Good knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger)
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify
  • Smart, responsible & well-communicated
  • Fast typing & problem-solving ability

Experience:

  • Experience preferred (E-commerce/Fashion brand is a plus)

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is an advantage)
  • Experience handling customer queries via Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and internet usage
  • Ability to manage orders, customer data, and follow-ups accurately
  • Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in operations, e-commerce, or customer support will be preferred
