Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service scheduling and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, completion status, and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer records, service history, and interaction details in the CRM or database.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and customer-related documentation.
- Support sales and marketing teams by assisting customers with service information and
- promotions and visit customer premises as when required.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and other customer service–related administrative tasks.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop, Transport Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Only Female
- Female candidates only
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client management, or a similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Bangla
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Experience with CRM software will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
