Key Responsibilities: 

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, inquiries, and customer requests.
• Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Persuade customers to purchase products/services or renew subscriptions.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database/CRM system.
• Handle customer objections, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Prepare and submit call reports, sales records, and feedback to supervisors.
• Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• You have to generate sales by contacting the customer.
• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office packages.
• Typing speed – You must type 25 words per minute in English and 20 words in Bengali.
• Office time : 11 hours.
• Monthly leave 3 days.
