Responsibilities and Context:

  • Coordinate and support sales activities to ensure smooth execution of bookings, contracts, and client requirements
  • Handle sales inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and follow-ups with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, agreements, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, contracts, and reporting logs
  • Liaise with internal departments (finance, and operations) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
  • Provide detailed information to clients regarding packages, and promotional offers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, service standards, and contractual terms
  • Collect client feedback, track sales performance, and prepare regular sales reports for management review
  • Support loyalty programs, corporate accounts, and promotional sales initiatives to maximize revenue
  • Perform any other sales-related duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 28 years.
