Responsibilities and Context:

  • Facebook, WhatsApp ও অন্যান্য সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় customer এর message এর reply দেওয়া
  • Customer এর সাথে chatting করে product information দেওয়া
  • Customer এর order confirm করা
  • Order details সঠিকভাবে record করা
  • Customer complaint বা problem হলে সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করা
  • Daily order ও sales report maintain করা

Education Requirements

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 18 to 40 years
