Responsibilities & Context:
পাইকারিঘর একটি ই-কমার্স প্রতিষ্ঠান। এখানে স্কিন ও হেয়ার কেয়ার এর পণ্য নিয়ে কাজ করা হয়। অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান এ কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট এক্সিকিউটিভ পদে কিছু সংখ্যংক মহিলা ও পুরুষ নিয়োগ করা হবে। ডিউটি টাইম থাকবে ৬ ঘন্টা থেকে ৯ ঘন্টা, শিফট অনুযায়ী সার্ভিস টাইম ২৪/৭। স্যলারি + পারফরম্যান্স বেস ইন্সেন্টিভ আছে।
খিলক্ষেত-নিকুঞ্জ এর আসে পাশের ক্যান্ডিডেট এর জন্য বেশি সুবিধা জনক।
কল রিসিভিং
- গ্রাহককে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
- নতুন পণ্য এবং পরিষেবার জন্য গ্রাহকদের জানানো
- টেলিমার্কেটিং প্রচারাভিযান
- ক্লায়েন্ট ডাটাবেস রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
- প্রতিক্রিয়া এবং সহযোগিতা
