Responsibilities: 

  • Handle every client with care, professionalism, and sincerity.
  • Communicate with critical or sensitive customers using gentle, effective, and solution-focused communication.
  • Perform tele sales and appointment setting for assigned clients as per daily instructions.
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls from customers across the country in a timely and organized manner.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and maintain proper reporting.
