Key Responsibilities:
- Managing ecommerce orders (handling customers, deliveries).
- Responding to customer messages from Facebook ads, WhatsApp.
- Maintaining digital asset like Facebook pages, websites, ecommerce.
- Office assists such as file preparing, using excel/doc etc.
- Sound in using computer (browser, web apps etc.)
- Acts as a contact person for any special projects regarding dealership improvements.
- Collaborates with departments like sales, marketing, and operations to streamline processes, improve
- service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance customer care processes, implementing innovative solutions to
- drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 30 years
