Education Legacy is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead Officer to take charge of our online presence and lead digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be an expert in running social media ads, managing campaigns, integrating CRM tools, and analyzing performance to optimize ROI.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for better results, and report analytics to management.
• Manage CRM integration for lead tracking, automation, and reporting.
• Oversee content creation for social media in collaboration with creative teams.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO, and SEM strategies for higher online visibility.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate and convert leads effectively.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Skills: 

• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid ad campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Instagram Promotions, and Google Ads.
• Experience in integrating and managing CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work with creative tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop (basic level).
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English and Bangla communication skills.
