Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance company and product branding, generate leads, and drive software/product sales.
  • Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential clients in IT/software services.
  • Collaborate with the IT/software development team to understand products and communicate their value effectively to clients.
  • Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, client acquisition, pitching, closing deals, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, management) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to build brand presence and business opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Certifications in Digital
  • Marketing, Sales, or IT Business Development are a plus.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency

Additional Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, IT/software business development, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, web technologies, and IT services.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, brand building, and driving product sales in the software/IT sector.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and market research to track and improve marketing performance.
