Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Dot Internet in Lalmatia, Dhaka. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, communicating effectively, and assisting in sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Fresher
  • University Running Female Students can Apply
  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team

Salary : 10,000 BDT

Duty Time : 10am to 8pm

Bonus : Yearly 02 times

Salary Review : Yearly Performance Based
