Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Student Administrative Officer* to support an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess strong English communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
- Maintain and update student records and documentation
- Assist with student enrolments and administrative processes
- Communicate with students and trainers via email, phone, and online platforms
- Monitor attendance, progress, and course-related activities
- Coordinate class schedules, assessments, and training records
- Process certificates and ensure document accuracy
- Support compliance, reporting, and general office administration
- Assist with social media updates and other administrative tasks as required
Educational Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate
Additional Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
