Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that aligns with the school`s educational philosophy and developmental goals for young children. This includes activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel comfortable and confident to explore and learn.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Communicate regularly with parents about their child`s progress, achievements, and any concerns.
  • Observe and assess each child`s development to tailor teaching methods and support individual learning needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and student behavior using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate disciplinary techniques.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
  • Participate in professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Master of Arts (MA) in English
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics
  • A Level in Science
  • North South University,BRAC University,East West University,Manarat International University,Uttara University students will get preference
  • IELTS 7, British Council Training

Experience:  

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, School
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 35 years

 Additional Preferences:  

  • Own smartphone or laptop (for client follow-up and marketing content).
