Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit new construction sites to find potential elevator projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, and contractors.
- Collect and report key project details (location, floors, timeline, decision-makers).
- Share FUJITEC product info and promote solutions to potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and client coordination.
- Maintain an updated database of all identified projects and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms,Architecture Firm,Escalator/Elevator/Lift
