Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Receive and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for service promotion
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain proper call records and customer database
  • Support the sales/marketing team as required

Education:

  • Bachelor/Honors
