Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are seeking a motivated Fresh Graduate for the Finance & Accounts Department to assist in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, record-keeping, compliance activities, and other finance-related tasks while gaining practical experience in corporate finance and accounting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements. reports, and budgets.
- Support in the analysis of financial data and trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as date entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance & Accounts department as needed.
- Prepare all types of vouchers (Cash, Bank, and Journal).
- Assist in TDS/VDS deduction and challan preparation
- Maintain the cheque issuance and payment register.
- Maintain supplier and subcontractor ledgers.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance finance and accounting skills.
Educational Requirements:
- BBA / MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputed public university.
Experience:
- At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 29 years
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
