Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Thoroughly verify the authenticity and accuracy of all academic records (transcripts, certificates, diplomas) submitted by prospective students.
  • Cross-check personal identification documents, including passports and national IDs, ensuring they meet the requirements of destination countries (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada).
  • Review and assess all financial support documents (bank statements, fixed deposit receipts, and loan sanction letters) to ensure they comply with the stringent financial requirements set by universities and visa authorities.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or questionable sources of funds to maintain the highest ethical standards.
  • Mnage and oversee the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring every form, submission, and supporting document strictly adheres to the latest immigration rules and guidelines.
  • Stay continuously updated on policy changes for key student markets and implement necessary changes immediately within the team’s workflow.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

Experience: 

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Law Firm, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should know MS Office
