Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Welcome guests professionally and create a positive first impression.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries about rooms, rates, and hotel services.
  • Manage room reservations and update booking records in the hotel system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and management to ensure guest needs are met quickly.
  • Receive payments, issue bills/invoices, and maintain daily cash/payment records.
  • Handle guest complaints politely and report serious issues to management.
  • Maintain the reception area so it stays neat, organized, and presentable.
  • Keep proper records of guest information, visitor entries, and daily occupancy status.
  • Provide local information to guests, such as transport, nearby markets, restaurants, and important locations in Jashore.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC (Vocational)

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bar/Pub, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
