Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and client inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area
  • Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • (Preferred) Create and edit short-form content (Reels/TikToks) for the business page
  • Design visual content using Canva or similar tools

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with Canva (for poster design)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience in social media content creation or video editing
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing near Muradpur will be prioritized
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and client-handling ability
  • Presentation: Must be well-groomed, smart, and confident

Bonus Responsibility

  • You may be required to create and edit short-form social media videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for our business page.
