According to Google In the Bangladesh, The position of Manager–Industrial Engineering (Manager-IE) is a highly important role in Bangladesh’s manufacturing sector, especially in the ready-made garments (RMG) and textile industries. This job focuses on improving productivity, optimizing production processes, and ensuring efficient use of resources like manpower, machines, and materials. The Manager-IE works closely with production, planning, and quality departments to achieve higher efficiency and cost reduction.
