Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, projects, data, and client success stories into professional, engaging, and conversion-focused visual content.

This is not a traditional Graphic Design role focused only on making social media posts. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing, Video, Sales, and Management teams to create visual assets that build brand authority, trust, and business opportunities.

• Design engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create professional LinkedIn carousels, social media posts, infographics, and campaign creatives.
• Turn completed projects and client work into visually compelling case studies.
• Design before/after project presentations and portfolio materials.
• Create visual content around:
• Client success stories
• Project showcases
• Industry insights
• Educational content
• Business tips
• Data and statistics
• Team and company stories
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Design sales presentations, company profiles, service brochures, proposal documents, and marketing materials.
• Create visual assets that support lead-generation and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across brand identity, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual language.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to understand the objective, audience, and message behind each design.
• Collaborate with the Video Editor to create consistent visual content across video and static formats.
• Develop creative concepts rather than simply following design instructions.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Organize design files and maintain reusable templates and brand assets.

Educational Requirements:  

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design
• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Fine Arts
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Additional Requirements:  

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Experience designing LinkedIn carousels and B2B content.
• Experience creating case studies and sales presentations.
• Experience working with digital agencies, IT companies, SaaS, WordPress, or web development businesses.Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with Figma and Canva.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience designing PDF documents and marketing collateral.Understanding of personal branding and professional social media design.
• Ability to work with data and turn information into simple, engaging visualizations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, social media design, or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Mindset: Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, spacing, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability: Ability to create clean, modern, professional designs suitable for an international audience,understand a business message & communicate it visually.
• Communication: Good English understanding for working with international-facing content.
• Others Skills: Good time-management and deadline-management skills. Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
