Responsibilities & Context: 

উইন আইডিয়াল স্কুল এর জন্য যোগ্য, দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ ১ (এক) জন প্রধান শিক্ষক নিয়োগের লক্ষ্যে আগ্রহী বাংলাদেশি নাগরিকদের নিকট হতে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।

Educational Requirements:  

  • স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর ও বি.এড ডিগ্রিধারী হতে হবে। তবে সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক পদে বি.এড ডিগ্রি শিথিলযোগ্য।

Additional Requirements:  

  • মাধ্যমিক পর্যায়ের শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক হিসাবে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক পদে বি.এড ডিগ্রিধারীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
  • শিক্ষা প্রশাসন, একাডেমিক ব্যবস্থাপনা, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থী পরিচালনা ও প্রতিষ্ঠান ব্যবস্থাপনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
  • কম্পিউটার পরিচালনা ও আধুনিক শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কে বাস্তব জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
  • সৎ, নিষ্ঠাবান, দায়িত্বশীল, নেতৃত্বদানে সক্ষম এবং সুন্দর ব্যক্তিত্বের অধিকারী হতে হবে।
