Context:

We are looking for an efficient Junior Executive-Sales & Marketing in the Customer Relationship Department.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for taking care about Client’s Quarries, Service  Promotion Activities, Counseling Clients, Arranging corporate meetings, Attending events for Business developments & Taking relevant initiative for business development.
• Perform digital marketing activities through social media & other ways as well.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Basic knowledge about Search Engine Optimization.
• Building an effective relationship with the client & properly maintaining the client database.
• Suggesting products that meet client’s needs and informing clients about our service details.
• Managing existing & potential customers through regular client visits & follow-up.
• Capacity to assess the customer’s needs and what he wants, start the negotiation process accordingly, and finalize the deal under consultation with higher authority.
• Direct field marketing.
• To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:

• Applicants who have experience in the Real Estate, Interior Design, or Furniture industries will have an advantage.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both Bengali and English.
• Good communication & Negotiation skills.
• Have a strong personality, positive attitude, and data management ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed).

Computer Literacy:

• Microsoft Office Program, Microsoft Project Management, Mailing & Digital Marketing.

Skills & Expertise:

• Digital Marketing
• Innovative And Creative

Educational Background:

• Graduation in Business background from a reputed University/ Institute.
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is preferable.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• Fresher (who have the knowledge of Marketing) are also encouraged to apply.
