  • Coordinate with Piyavate Hospital Bangkok regarding patient updates, confirmations, and medical documentation.
  • Ensure high-quality service and support for all visitors and clients.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, record management, and prepare reports.
  • Maintain visitor logs, patient files, and appointment schedules.
  • Prepare and manage official documents using Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Collect patient feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Manage official emails, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
  • Assist the internal team during events or VIP arrivals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment.
