Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and schedule consultations/appointments.
- Coordinate with Piyavate Hospital Bangkok regarding patient updates, confirmations, and medical documentation.
- Ensure high-quality service and support for all visitors and clients.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, record management, and prepare reports.
- Maintain visitor logs, patient files, and appointment schedules.
- Prepare and manage official documents using Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Collect patient feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.
- Manage official emails, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
- Assist the internal team during events or VIP arrivals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment.
