Responsibilities & Context:
- Contact and respond to prospective learners through calls, chat, email, and online platforms during the night shift
- Understand learner background, career goals, and skill gaps to recommend appropriate bootcamp programs
- Explain bootcamp structure, curriculum, duration, pricing, and career outcomes clearly and ethically
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and follow up consistently to move prospects through the enrollment funnel
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in CRM or tracking systems
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding
- Meet assigned daily/weekly activity and conversion targets under supervision
- Prepare shift-wise performance and follow-up reports
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Bangla
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and consultative selling
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM tools – training provided)
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
