Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Research and identify prospective clients from the global markets
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and business networks
  • Manage CRM data, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into paying clients
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks as required
  • Work closely with the marketing and development team
  • Maintain monthly outreach KPIs and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development/technical team

Educational Requirements:  

  • Must be graduate from any reputed university

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in client acquisition, sales, B2B outreach, or business development (IT/Digital services preferred)
  • Experience working with international clients will be a strong advantage

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Solid understanding of IT services, web development, and eCommerce platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, lead generation tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify high-quality prospects
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and conversion strategies
  • Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
