Responsibilities & Context:
- Research and identify prospective clients from the global markets
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and business networks
- Manage CRM data, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into paying clients
- Create and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks as required
- Work closely with the marketing and development team
- Maintain monthly outreach KPIs and achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development/technical team
Educational Requirements:
- Must be graduate from any reputed university
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in client acquisition, sales, B2B outreach, or business development (IT/Digital services preferred)
- Experience working with international clients will be a strong advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Solid understanding of IT services, web development, and eCommerce platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, lead generation tools, and CRM systems
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify high-quality prospects
- Knowledge of sales funnels and conversion strategies
- Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
