This job involves ensuring that the organization complies with all laws and regulations, managing legal risks, handling litigation, and advising the board and executive team on legal matters. The CLO plays a key role in corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

In Bangladesh, CLOs are mostly found in large corporations, banks, multinational companies, and government institutions. It is a prestigious and influential role with high responsibility.
