Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling graphics for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and product materials.
  • Create bilingual (Bangla and English) designs for all media.
  • Ensure all designs are in line with Shastho Limited’s branding guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Take feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs.
  • Develop social media content as per requirement

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
  • Ability to design for diverse audiences, with an understanding of Bangladeshi culture.
  • Strong time management and time management skills.
