Ahmed Group, a pioneer tea company in Bangladesh with stakes in agriculture, banking, textile, real estate, cold storage and consumer products. We are looking for a bright and energetic Assistant Manager (Sales & marketing) with a proven track record to join our sales & Marketing team in Chattagram Division.

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor market conditions, product presence, competitor activities, and overall sales performance.
• Supervise and guide the field sales team, ensuring proper market coverage and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct regular retail and wholesale visits and set-up new dealers and depots in new or existing areas.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
• Supporting and coaching team members to carry out regional activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team`s performance and share with the management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate strong convincing and negotiation skills to develop new business areas and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Motivate, train, and support sales staff to strengthen market presence and achieve consistent sales performance.
• Work strategically to align sales activities with the company’s goals, ensuring proper execution at the field level.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning, execution, and team coordination.
• Identify, explore, and develop new sales zones, ensuring sustainable market expansion and overall business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly performance-driven. Ability to achieve sales targets.

Educational Requirements:  

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  
• Bachelor/Honors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputed University

Additional Requirements:  

• At least 5-8 years’ experience in sales (FMCG)/ Marketing with a proven sales track record.
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Highly performance-driven. Ability to achieve sales targets.
  
• Knowledge of the FMCG market in Bangladesh.
  
• Experience in sales management and strategy formulation.
  
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  
• Must know how to ride motorbike. Ready to extensively field visit throughout different area of CTG Market
