Marriage Club BD is looking for two dynamic, result-driven, and professional female Marketing Executives (one Muslim and one Hindu) to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Marriage Club BD’s services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Conduct client consultations and offer tailored solutions for their matchmaking needs.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and develop promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and distribute marketing materials.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Meet sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales (fresh graduates with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to understand and cater to diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must have a professional and positive attitude.
