Position Summary
TQIU International (BD) Limited is looking for a creative and proactive Junior Marketing Executive to support digital marketing, social media management, brand promotion, content creation, and influencer collaborations to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the company`s branding and social media pages across multiple platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content for social media and digital marketing channels.
• Communicate and coordinate with influencers and content creators for product promotions and brand collaborations.
• Manage influencer relationships, campaign schedules, and content delivery.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Maintain influencer and marketing databases.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  Prepare marketing performance reports and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is required.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:  

• Bachelor/Honors
  
• Masters

Experience:  

• 1 to 3 years
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic
• Equipment/Home Appliances, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Advertising Agency
  
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

•  Age 21 to 35 years
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
