চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ:

  • ফিসারিজ, ডেইরি এবং পোল্ট্রি সেক্টরে টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করতে হবে।
  • খামাড়িদের সাথে আন্তরিক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • মার্কেটে কাস্টমার তৈরি করা থেকে শুরু করে তাদের সেবা প্রদান এবং কোম্পানির প্রোডাক্ট বেচাকেনার পরিবেশ তৈরি করার মতো দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
  • নতুন নতুন কাস্টমার তৈরি করা এবং পুরাতন কাস্টমারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রেখে কাজ করতে হবে।
  • নিজ নিজ সুপারভাইজারদের সাথে মার্কেট এর সমস্যা নিয়ে আলোচনা করা এবং যে কোনো সমস্যা পেলে তা সমাধানের পথ খুজে বের করতে হবে।
  • প্রতিদিন প্রেসক্রিপশনের রিপোর্ট প্রদান করতে হবে এবং সে সকল খামারিদের ফলোআপ রাখতে হবে।
  • খামাড়িদের সমস্যা সাপেক্ষে মিটিং বা সেমিনার এর ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
  • মাসিক রিপোর্টগুলো সময় মতো অফিসে জমা করতে হবে।
  • মনে রাখতে হবে যেহেতু এটি একটি টার্গেট বেইজড চাকুরি তাই নিজের সেলস কে সবচাইতে বেশি প্রাধান্য দিতে হবে।
