Responsibilities & Context:

  • Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance.
  • Planning and executing all marketing & Sales activities of the organisation.
  • Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
  • To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
  • Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
  • Visit the market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the management on regular basis.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Experience:

  • 4 to 8 years

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Must have experience 4-10 years experience in Supervising S/R,Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Age 28-40 years ( Flexible for experienced candidates in Hardware Business ).
  • Basic computer skills(Excel, Word, Email)
  • Candidate Must be Previous Experience in Hardware Product relevant knowledge.
