Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Daraz, Pickaboo, Othoba)
  • Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and improve sales conversions
  • Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with the National Digital Commerce Policy 2018 and platform guidelines
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make strategic improvements
  • Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience:  

  • 1+ year of experience in supply chain operations

Additional Requirements:  

  • Familiarity with Daraz Seller Center and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bengali
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Compensation & Other Benefits:  

  • Salary Range: 18-22k
