Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop potential clients through digital advertising, cold calling, and business presentations.
- Client Engagement: Consult with prospective clients, assess their needs, preferences, and financial concerns, and present suitable solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and consulting agreements.

- Post-Purchase Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Referral Program Management: Establish and manage client referral programs to generate new leads.
- Networking: Attend industry events and build professional relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborative Marketing: Work with internal teams to design targeted campaigns, promotions, and events.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- A Level
- O Level
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Telecommunication, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- International Exposure: Experience working with USA/UK/Australia clients (online) will be highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); IELTS score 6.0 preferred.
- Communication Ability: Strong presentation, consultation, and persuasion skills.
- Sales Orientation: Target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving goals.
