  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Receive and respond to customer calls through the hotline.
  • Conduct surveys with lost/closed customers and maintain updated records.

  • Prepare call response reports for the Manager and ensure database accuracy.
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer information in the idial system.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
