Responsibilities & Context:  

  • Customer counselling for tourist visa & package tour.
  • Prepare customer`s files for visa process & tour package.
  • Follow up the customers about update information.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
  • Receive and reply emails, reply comments on Facebook & Messenger, carry out marketing and promotions via online advertisements.
  • Consult with CEO and Take part in the marketing activities.
  • Knowledge on worldwide tourist visa process and other management of tour package.
  • Communicate with parties on behalf of company.
  • Achieve placement targets.
  • Have to discuss with clients over phone.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Higher Secondary

Experience:

  •  1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Agent
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • The applicant must be good looking and smart.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
