Responsibilities & Context:
- Working Hour : 10:00 AM ~ 8 PM
- Weekly : 6 Days
Educational Requirements:
- HSC
Experience:
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Online Retail Startup, Shop/Showroom, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 40 years

Order Processing & Delivery Management
- Ability to accurately create invoices for customer orders, initially on Excel and transitioning to software after 1–2 months.
- Skill in packing retail orders carefully to ensure safe delivery.
- Experience with managing steadfast pickups and ensuring timely delivery.
Korean Skincare Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of Korean skincare products, their ingredients, and their benefits.
- Ability to educate and assist customers with product recommendations based on their skincare needs.
Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies to help promote retail products effectively.
- Familiarity with Meta algorithms and best practices for social media marketing, especially on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with analyzing customer behavior to improve engagement.
Basic Graphic Design & Editing Skills
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to edit and create visuals that align with the company’s brand and marketing strategies.
- Ability to create engaging product images, social media posts, and advertisements.
Customer Service & Communication
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers via various digital platforms.
- Ability to resolve issues, answer queries, and provide a seamless customer experience.
Attention to Detail
- Careful attention to detail when preparing orders, packaging, and managing invoices.
- Ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and shipping information.
Time Management & Organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, from packing orders to managing digital content.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
Adaptability & Learning
- Willingness to stay updated on new trends in Korean skincare and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in workflow or business priorities.
Commitment
- Must be willing to give a one-month notice before leaving the job to ensure smooth transition and hiring of a replacement.
- Knowledge about Korean skincare & give them a proper solution for their skin problem is a must
- Capability to Ensure customer satisfaction must
- Knowledge about the social media algorithm is must
