Job Responsibilities:
- Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Tunnel, VLAN, STP, Port, SSL/TLS, SSH, Telnet, IP Subnetting, OSI Layer, NAT, PAT QoS).
- Expertise in LAN, Cybersecurity, Webmail, Mail Gateway, and Data Centre Component Management.
- Plan, design, and execute upgrades for LAN and webmail systems, as well as improvements to the ticketing system.
- Ensure continuous 24/7 uptime and robust security for both LAN and internet systems.
- Oversee the maintenance of the central antivirus system, implement web gateway LAN, and troubleshoot any related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Certification required: CCNA, MTCNA
Years of experience required: 2-10 Years
