Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome clients and ensure a professional first impression.
- Manage client appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and online bookings professionally.
- Maintain client records and treatment history accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to ensure smooth client flow.
- Manage cash and billing for client services following company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Assist in daily administrative and customer service tasks as required.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service role (preferably in salon/spa/hospital/aesthetic center) preferred.
- Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proven le Background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Customer Service preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant appearance with a friendly and confident personality.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage clients professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and scheduling software).
Educational Requirements:
- Not required. Only skill & experience matter.
Experience
