Responsibilities and Context:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
  • Entertaining guests after they arrive at the office (e.g. providing tea, breakfast)
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitor
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties when required.

Requirements

Education

  • Secondary
  • Higher Secondary

Experience

  • 1At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service, Travel Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
