Responsibilities and Context: 

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about study abroad programs, services, and available courses.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries; respond or forward them to the relevant department promptly.
  • Maintain and update student inquiry records, registration forms, and contact databases.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Assist the counseling team by managing documentation and basic application support when needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and presents a professional image of the company.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to support student events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain attendance registers, and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and uphold company standards in all communications.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 25 years
