Responsibilities and Context:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about study abroad programs, services, and available courses.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries; respond or forward them to the relevant department promptly.
- Maintain and update student inquiry records, registration forms, and contact databases.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups with clients.
- Assist the counseling team by managing documentation and basic application support when needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and presents a professional image of the company.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to support student events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Manage office supplies, maintain attendance registers, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of client data and uphold company standards in all communications.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 25 years
