  • Greeting and Welcoming: Greet students, parents, and visitors professionally to establish a positive first impression.
  • Initial Inquiry Handling: Provide basic information regarding study abroad programs, available countries, university selection, and admission requirements.
  • Visitor Logs: Maintain accurate records of all visitors, including their contact details and the purpose of their visit.
  • Call Management: Efficiently manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and respond to call inquiries from prospective international students.
