Responsibilities & Context:
- Greeting and Welcoming: Greet students, parents, and visitors professionally to establish a positive first impression.
- Initial Inquiry Handling: Provide basic information regarding study abroad programs, available countries, university selection, and admission requirements.
- Visitor Logs: Maintain accurate records of all visitors, including their contact details and the purpose of their visit.
- Call Management: Efficiently manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and respond to call inquiries from prospective international students.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are organized and stocked with relevant university brochures, forms, and promotional materials.
- Supplies and Expenses: Monitor office supplies inventory and record basic front-desk expenses, such as courier charges or kitchen supplies.

- 1 to 2 years
