Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients with a positive and helpful attitude
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Follow up with existing clients, new leads and potential leads on a daily basis
- Managing appointments and maintaining an organized front desk area
- Providing administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assisting with office organization and ensuring a tidy and professional environment
- Supporting the team with various tasks as needed
Additional Information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary: BDT 15,000 – BDT 20,000
- Two festive bonuses per year
