Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Follow up with existing clients, new leads and potential leads on a daily basis
  • Managing appointments and maintaining an organized front desk area
  • Providing administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Assisting with office organization and ensuring a tidy and professional environment
  • Supporting the team with various tasks as needed

Additional Information

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage

Compensation & Other Benefits
