Responsibilities:
- নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ার শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত প্রার্থী পরিচালনা করা।

- সামাজিক মিডিয়া নিয়োগ কার্যক্রম সমর্থন।
- বহিরাগত নিয়োগ ইভেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ।
- বিভিন্ন ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা এবং নিয়োগের সাথে আপডেট থাকুন
- প্রার্থী বাছাই করুন এবং প্রোফাইল সারাংশ প্রস্তুত করুন।
- ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে তাদের প্রয়োজন এবং শূন্যপদের প্রার্থীর জন্য নিয়মিত ফলোআপের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
