Sticker Visa is seeking a friendly and professional Student Visa Counselor to be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and performing administrative tasks to support the team.

• Post: Student Visa Counselor
• Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh.
• Office Hours: Sat – Thurs, 10 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling on student visa applications for the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
• Evaluate students’ academic profiles, career goals, and financial situations to recommend the best international study options.
• Offer detailed information about international academic programs, universities, and visa requirements.
• Prepare and meticulously review student visa applications to ensure high chances of success.
• Coach students for visa interviews and assist with all preparatory arrangements.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in visa regulations and admission policies across target countries.
• Foster and maintain relationships with educational institutions and immigration authorities abroad.

Requirements:

• Upholds values of honesty and integrity.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student visa counseling, particularly for at least one of the specified countries (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada).
• Extensive knowledge of visa application processes and academic admission requirements for the mentioned countries.
• Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and institutions in the target countries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Quick to respond to phone calls, emails, and other communication mediums
• Fluency in English and Bangla, with proficiency in relevant software and tools for visa processing.
• Multi-country visa process expertise is advantageous.
• Proficient with smartphones, professional mobile apps, and productivity tools.
• Applicant must have own laptop.
