About Travel Mood:
As The sister concern of AF Associates, Travel Mood is working diligently to provide tour-operating services in Bangladesh. It is a reputable and trusted travel agency that is dedicated to serving customers in accordance with their needs. Currently, we are looking for a Reservation Officer & a Visa Support Officer, who will play a pivotal role by assisting our customers with their trip arrangements. If you have the interest to build your career in airlines and travel industry, then this position suits best for you. We are currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic personnel to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel solutions.
· Handle airline ticket reservations, domestic and International ticketing and booking inquiries efficiently.
· Stay updated on airline policies, routes, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
· Ensuring ticket payments and financial transactions are completed accurately.
· Promote special offers, discounts, and package deals to increase sales.
· Maintain regular communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
· Maintain accurate records of client details and customer interactions and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
· Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide comprehensive travel solutions.
Requirements (For Reservation Officer):
• Must have knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo / SABRE)• Minimum 1/2 year experience as Reservation Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of airline booking systems and travel software is a plus.
• A passion for travel and a customer-centric mindset.
Location: Gulshan -02, 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚
Weekly Holiday: Friday
