BongoPiran | Customer Support Executive Job Details | Sales and Marketing Job 2025:

BongoPiran is seeking a Customer Support Executive who can communicate effectively with professionalism and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate and updated information regarding products and services.
• Record and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system/CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Assist in promoting new offers, promotions, and services when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and service quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a “Customer First” attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum H.S.C /Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  
• Experience in call center/customer support will be an advantage.
  
• Basic Knowledge about social media, Such as Facebook pages, Groups, Instagram, Discord & Page related software etc.
  
• Friendly & smart communication (Bengali + Basic English)
  
• Must be active, quick, and organized
  

Bonus Consideration Those Who Have:

• Experience in clothing/fashion pages and Call center
• Flexibility for morning/evening shifts
• Experience in CRM tools/system

Other Details:
Office Day Schedule: 6 days/week
Office Hour: (9 hours Shift with break time)
